How can I track my order?

When will I receive my order?

We process orders within one business day, however during peak and holiday seasons you may experience extended lead time. After your order is processed, you will receive an email that contains information on the shipment, and you can check the status in your account. You will receive your order in approximately five business days for your pet can enjoy!

What is the return policy?

All dogs will love their Frankly treats! But if for some reason you aren’t satisfied and would like to return your product, please email us and someone will be in touch shortly with next steps.
