How can I track my order?

After your order is processed, you will receive an email with details on how to track your products! You can also find this information when you log in to your account and click Orders.

When will I receive my order?

We process orders within one business day, however during peak and holiday seasons you may experience extended lead time. After your order is processed, you will receive an email that contains information on the shipment, and you can check the status in your account. You will receive your order in approximately five business days for your pet can enjoy!

What is the return policy?
