Are beef chews safe for my dog?

YES! Our frankly beef chews are made from the freshest ingredients sourced and manufactured in the USA. Not only are our bones 95% protein, but they also are an excellent source of collagen which helps with joint pain and has many anti-inflammatory effects! Our bones are made to promote your dog’s oral health. They will be cleaning their teeth and on their way to fresher breath without even knowing it!

What happens if a product is recalled?

In the unlikely event of a product recall, our real time traceability allows us to be able to recall all products from the batch in question. We would use our program to see who ordered products from that batch and be in contact with them.

Where do you ship?

We want to make sure all pets can enjoy Frankly products so we ship to all 50 states! Don’t live in the United States? Reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do!

How can I track my order?

After your order is processed, you will receive an email with details on how to track your products! You can also find this information when you log in to your account and click ‘Orders’.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on which product you buy, how many of them, and your location. All costs will be calculated before you submit your order, so there won’t be any surprises! To give you a ballpark idea, our shipping costs start at $8.

When will I receive my order?

We process all orders within one business day. After your order is processed, you will receive an email that contains information on the shipment, and you can check the status in your account. You will receive your order in approximately five business days for your pet to enjoy!

What’s the return policy?

All dogs will love their Frankly treats! But if for some reason you aren’t satisfied and would like to return your product, please email us and someone will be in touch shortly with next steps.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have just placed an order, you can cancel your order by emailing customerservice@franklypet.com. However, once your order has been processed for shipping, you are no longer able to cancel.
